Six quality control process stages in the production of concrete slatted
flooring:
1. Quality control process stage of raw material for the slatted floor.
There are 7 control points, including selection of raw material supply points,
visual inspection of raw materials upon arrival at the factory, regular sampling
analysis, regular calibration of aggregate metering scales, regular calibration
of cement metering scales, inspection of steel bar diameter and mechanical
properties. The particle size of coarse aggregates is controlled at 5-12mm, with
a powder content of less than 2%. Sand is medium sand, with a fineness modulus
Mx of 3.0-2.3 and a silt content of less than 3%. Cement must be ordinary
Portland cement or Portland cement produced by compliant manufacturers, and must
have inspection reports and certificates of conformity.
2. Quality control of concrete leakage slab mixing during the process
stage. There are three quality control points, including dry material mixing
time, wet material mixing time, and total water amount for final mixing. The
water-cement ratio should be accurate, and the mixture should be uniform.
3. Quality control stage of concrete slatted floor reinforcement mesh frame
production. There are 6 quality control points, including reinforcement diameter
measurement, welding firmness, longitudinal reinforcement spacing, transverse
reinforcement spacing, quantity of vertical connecting reinforcement, and
reinforcement corrosion and rust removal treatment.
4. Quality control stage of concrete slatted floor molding. It includes 8
quality control points: cleaning residual concrete from the mold, evenly
spraying release agent, placing steel mesh frame, distribution time,
distribution compactness, vibration time, height and size of slatted floor, and
appearance quality.
5. Quality control stage of concrete perforated slab curing. There are four
quality control points, including static holding time, heating and cooling
rates, constant temperature time and temperature, and the strength of concrete
perforated slabs before exiting the kiln.
6. Quality control stage of finished concrete slabs for manure leakage
prevention. There are 7 quality control points, including product inspection,
appearance defect repair, product classification and stacking, product stacking
height and age (28 days) on site, product factory inspection, issuance of
product factory certification, and product loading, unloading, and
transportation.
